These Terms explain the rules for using MamaCue Baby Care. By using MamaCue, you agree to these Terms.

  1. What MamaCue does

MamaCue Baby Care supports baby care tracking, reminders, Care Compass suggestions, caregiver coordination, and postpartum-aware support.

  1. Not medical advice

MamaCue is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a replacement for a clinician, midwife, health visitor, GP, pediatrician, therapist, or emergency service.

If you are worried about your baby or yourself, seek professional medical help. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services now.

  1. Predictions and reminders

Care Compass suggestions, sleep/feed/diaper predictions, reminders, and wellbeing insights are supportive estimates. They may be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

You are responsible for using your judgment and seeking human support when needed.

  1. Account responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details private.

  • Using accurate information where possible.

  • Making sure caregiver invites are sent only to people you trust.

  • Reviewing app suggestions before acting on them.

  1. Caregiver invites and sharing

If you invite caregivers, you are responsible for choosing who can access baby care information. Caregivers should use MamaCue respectfully and only for supporting baby care.

  1. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use MamaCue for illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading activity.

  • Try to access another person's account without permission.

  • Interfere with the app, API, security, or infrastructure.

  • Upload harmful, false, or abusive content.

  1. Availability

We aim to keep MamaCue reliable, but the app may be unavailable because of maintenance, internet issues, service provider problems, bugs, or events outside our control.

  1. Subscriptions and payments

If MamaCue offers paid subscriptions or features, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be shown before purchase and may also be managed by the app store provider.

  1. Intellectual property

MamaCue Baby Care, the app design, text, branding, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to MamaCue. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MamaCue is provided as-is and we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on predictions, reminders, unavailable service, user-entered data, or decisions made without professional support.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  1. Ending use

You may stop using MamaCue at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing support@mamacuebabycare.app.

  1. Changes

We may update these Terms as MamaCue develops. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
